About Me
As a dynamic and proactive professional, I bring over 15 years of comprehensive experience in management, administrative support, and organizational leadership across diverse sectors, including the private sector, public sector, and NGOs. Born and rooted in the spirit of Slovenia, I’ve navigated through various roles that have not only honed my expertise in office management, human resources, and project management but also underscored my commitment to challenges and excellence. My career has been a testament to my dedication to seeking and overcoming new challenges, a principle deeply embedded in my professional ethos as highlighted by Schein’s career anchor model.
My journey is marked by significant international exposure, particularly in Luxembourg and Brussels, where I’ve excelled in roles demanding high levels of administrative acumen, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Notably, my return to Slovenia was a period of personal growth and reconnection, underscored by my commitment to community service and volunteering, including pivotal contributions to the Slovenian diaspora through advising on diaspora matters and fostering cultural connections.
Educationally grounded with a Bachelor’s degree in Organization and Management of Information Systems and currently writing a Master’s thesis in International and Diplomatic Studies, I have consistently leveraged my academic background to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives. Beyond my professional endeavors, I’m a passionate volunteer, having initiated and led significant community projects such as the establishment of the Slovenian Association in Luxembourg and orchestrating the celebration of 70 years of AIESEC in Slovenia, showcasing my leadership in community engagement and organizational development.
Moreover, my involvement in advisory capacities, including serving as a member of the National Council of Foreigners in Luxembourg and the Slovenian Governmental Council for Slovenians Abroad, underscores my ability to influence policy and to understand and support the interests of all diasporas, not just Slovenian.
These experiences have equipped me with unique insights and a dynamic approach to consulting, enabling me to drive meaningful change and deliver exceptional results for my clients. And speaking Slovenian, English, Croatian, and French makes that easier.
Currently based in Kranj, Slovenia, I am dedicated to leveraging my vast experience, multicultural insights, and strategic acumen to contribute to meaningful projects and initiatives. Whether through consulting services or community engagement, my goal remains to create impactful solutions that foster growth, innovation, and connectivity.
