Exactly a year ago, Matej Jeraj and I presented the feasibility study to Luxair. It was an absolute pleasure to lead the team of 5 volunteers towards creation of the that document.

The presentation was the last step of our initiative to motivate Luxair to establish the flights between the two countries – and we were thrilled that Luxair decided to take that decision and install a bi-weekly flight that brought Slovenia and Luxembourg a lot closer. The news was announced on 28 June 2023 and the first flight took place on 14 September 2023.

I hope that Slovenians in both countries as well as many sympathizers of Slovenia enjoy the flights weekly.
